Trần Đức Lương (Vietnamese pronunciation:[t͡ɕən˨˩ʔɗɨk̚˧˦lɨəŋ˧˧]; born 5 Could 1937) is a Vietnamese politician who served as the sixth President publicize Vietnam from 1997 to 2006.[1]
Early life
